Natalie Woszczak Psy.D, NJCSP
Dr. Natalie Woszczak is a Licensed Psychologist and New Jersey Certified School Psychologist with a passion for helping children, adolescents, and families navigate challenges and reach their full potential. She earned both her Master’s and Doctorate in Psychology from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University as well. Dr. Woszczak completed her postdoctoral fellowship in clinical child psychology at a private outpatient practice that specializes in evidence-based care.
With extensive experience in psychological and psycho-educational testing, Dr. Woszczak provides thorough and thoughtful evaluations for children and teens to assess for giftedness, ADHD, learning differences, processing challenges, and a range of psychological concerns. She has a strong understanding of New Jersey’s special education system and supports families in navigating the process with clarity and confidence.
Dr. Woszczak specializes in evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Parent Management Training (PMT). Her clinical work focuses on helping children and adolescents manage anxiety, phobias, school avoidance, ADHD, behavioral issues, and mood disorders. She also works closely with parents, offering guidance and support through parent-based interventions.
In addition to her private practice work, Dr. Woszczak serves as a consulting school psychologist in an out-of-district placement for students with complex emotional and behavioral needs. In this role, she provides counseling services to students and collaborates with school staff to implement effective strategies that foster emotional regulation, resilience, and positive behavior in the classroom.
Dr. Woszczak is a member of The American Psychological Association (APA), The New Jersey Psychological Association (NJPA), and the New Jersey Association of School Psychologists (NJASP).
